Founder & Chief Optometrist
Born in TEMBA, 60 km from Pretoria. Raised in a family of spectacle wearers, planted a seed and sparked my interest in Optometry.
My journey in optometry started in 2001, as an employee in a private practice and have never looked back since. Optometry is my love and beautiful functional eyewear is my passion. As a spectacle wearer myself I was frustrated by what the industry had to offer when in comes to eyewear.
Over a number of years I traveled the world trying to understand and learn the frame manufacturing business. It was through this journey that I was exposed to authentic manufacturers of good quality frames. We first launched in 2021, with the Tsietsi N Eyewear which was a fresher, modern and different look into the eyewear space. With increased pressure from colleagues to access the range the NAZUS [SUZAN] brand was launched and can be found at various independent Optometry practices across the country.

Coming from an optical Laboratory background, Rachel has been with the business from DAY 1, pouring her heart and soul into our business.

Mphonyana, a dynamic woman with extensive experience in customer care, from the banking sector to the eye care business, she is at your service.
Malome: Office Assistant
Marcus Lebese known as Malome to all of us, always ready to assist you. From parking slots to a cup of coffee, he makes our job a little easier

Our resident Optometrist, Thato, has been part of our team since 2023.

Jumaima has been with us for over 15 years, she has the ability to remember everyone of our patients by name and surname. Always ready to make you feel at home.

Evelyn is responsible for administrative duties. Any issues with your account, with over 18 years experience, she will gladly assist.
